We are Mark and Michelle Henry. Mark is retiring from scientific/chemistry work. Michelle is retired a former mortgage loan consultant who also previously held Real Estate license. I let it expire in 1992. I had done refinancing loans in the 80's! Bringing down 17-18% mortgage loans. Those days were good to me. Illness got in the way.
We are looking at forging ahead together now. Looking at wholesale to start out, possible sandwich loans etc. Flipping down the line or who knows, may do it sooner than later after gathering our team. Grew up here and know lots of people in every field. Ca is a hot spot and there is enough to share everywhere. I have always had an interest in Re. Now that both are retired it's off to new adventures. Perhaps expanding to Europe as well! Hoping to get to know everyone and pick each others brains!
