Great to be here. I'm 33 have sold real estate for a number of years. However now for a more stable career I do corporate sales in the Health & Wellness field and I sell homes for my friends and colleagues as people hear my name, I love it. With that steady stream of income I can now save and have been interested in buying my first rental eventually want to get to multi-family units. My inspiration was this couple I had met on a plane; throughout the course of flying and having a conversation I learned they own an 80 unit complex and have for 45 years. Just the dirt is worth $12M. As soon as this couple put both of their Bose Noise Canceling headphones on, I was hooked.
