Hello!

My name is Alan and I live in North Hollywood, California.  I am primarily interested in real estate investing because it seems like a great way to build wealth.  Our family has gone through so many financial hardships that I want to build something to prevent those hardships from coming back.

I have done a lot of reading and I have gone to various seminars.  I think I am starting to feel as though I know almost enough to start, but I would feel much more comfortable if I could find a mentor to guide me.  I can't afford to make any mistakes that will cost me any money, so I am looking to start with contract assignments or wholesaling.  Once I have done enough of those deals to feel comfortable with real estate and have saved some investment capital, I want to get into rental properties.

My ultimate goal is to have enough rental properties to have a decent passive income and then spend time helping others achieve this goal.  I know how hard it is to get by and I would love to help others get out of the rat race.
