New Colorado guy here!

Hey everyone! Been checking this site out for a while now, thought it was time to join. Name is Claude Hodge. Originally from Indiana, but my true home now is Colorado! Between the Air Force and Army, I have been in the service for almost 8 years. Gonna stay in and retire. In the meantime, I plan to buy and hold as many properties as I can so that I don't have to work after the Army, at least not in the traditional sense! I might not post any specific questions for a while. I tend to do a lot of research and reading on my own first. Great to be here though! I am already learning a lot about the business!
