Greetings everyone.

I'm brand new to this site as well as real estate investing. I work full time as a sales manager in the plastics industry. I have some experience in real estate as a sales person WAY back in the early 1990s so I'm sure things are quite different now. 

My wife and I have been married for nearly 19 years and we have 3 fantastic sons who are 15, 13 and 8. We live in beautiful west Michigan and have been here all of our lives.

We've been interested in starting a real estate business but have always had excuses. We're very busy but so is everyone else out there. We want to flip homes to start and build our business from there. At this point being a landlord isn't very appealing to us so that's why we're looking at flipping homes for now. I have quite a bit of experience with remodeling and construction but my real strength is in project management and marketing. 

I'm looking forward to interacting with the group here at Bigger Pockets, learning from many of you, and hopefully, I can help you all as well.
