Investor in Oregon

Hi all, I've recently just started following this site and have already gathered a good deal of information.  My profession is engineering with a hobby in real estate.  My investments include a 2-family home in New York and a 3-family home in Oregon.  I live in one of the units in Oregon and the remaining are all rented.  I remodeled them all on my own.  My next plan is to attempt a single family flip.  Hopefully when this goal becomes a reality I'll have plenty of questions.  I look forward to becoming more active within this site.
