Hey Everyone!

I'm Jared Brandon. I'm a communications and marketing guy working in NEPA (northeast PA). I'm a native of the area living in Waverly, PA and I'm eager to build a business as a real estate investor in my local market. Aside from buying my primary residence, I don't have any experience. I'll be starting courses for my real estate license in mid-September to help me get a better handle on the real estate business. I've listened to episodes 1-37 of the podcast so far and I've been so inspired by everything I've heard. Can't wait to sink my teeth in.
