Just found this site and I'm really excited about all of the information provided! I am particularly interested in financing multiple properties, buying foreclosed properties, tax info/1030 exchange info, and networking with contractor and lenders. We have owned investment property for about 20 years, but have mainly had the "buy and hold" approach. We are interested in expanding our portfolio, possibly buying some muti-family property, and some residential for flipping.
