I'm a Newbie

Hi everyone,  My name is Donna and I'm a newbie.  I first attended a free workshop here in Coos Bay, Oregon in June.  Then in July I went to Medford for a 3 day workshop.  I since have acquired my LLC and have several cash buyers on my list.  I also have 2 - 3 friends who are realtors and a couple who are brokers.  So you can see, I'm already building my Power Team.  I've also been checking Craig's List and Zillo regularly for houses for sale by owner.  I'm starting small with the flip of a couple of single family homes, but do not have the down payment or closing costs for my first purchase and resale.  If anyone has any ideas for me, I'd sure welcome them.
