New member from Houston, Texas area!
Hello everyone!
My name is Armando Fernandez and I am a new member to BiggerPockets. I have been in management for the past 10 years and am looking to connect with real estate investors interested in flipping houses in my area. I have completed renovations on houses, condominiums, apartments and even restaurants. I have also done electrical and satellite work. I have managed many projects successfully and am ready to work full time in the real estate industry.
My goal is to meet investors willing to provide funds for flips for a return. I am a trustworthy and hardworking person that would like to build good working relationships and ultimately make a lot of money in the process.
