Hi, my name is Larry Wolfe and I live in Springfield, PA, which is about 15 minutes outside of Philadelphia. I have a pretty good knowledge of real estate and took courses on real estate sales in the past. What I do not have is any physical experience in real estate investing and this is what I am looking to gain. I am a carpenter and previously had a business doing general construction and remodeling of residential properties. My current goals are to network with experienced individuals and add value any way I can. Thank You for your time.
