Hello to the Bigger Pockets community. This site appears to have a great group and I am sure I will learn something everytime I check it.    

I have bought and sold my own properties for over 20 years.  Currently, have one rental home that has given me steady income for 10 years.  

I worked with a staging company and now am a full time Realtor in Florida.  I have helped many people find good income producing properties and may be able to answer some questions posted.        Best wishes to everyone.
