I'm a new real estate investor who's primarily making deals in Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties. My focus have been on passive cash flow (rentals) and flipping primarily in the probate market so far. I hope to establish new relationships for mentorship, partnerships and of course further my education in real estate. I look forward to meeting and working with you.

Welcome to BP. I'm originally from Delaware county PA although I currently live in Delaware. What areas in Delaware county are you looking to invest in?
