Hello All,

I'm a Realtor in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte. I'm a residential broker and have joined this forum hoping to learn more about the investing side of real estate. So far I have read several great articles and post on the subject. I have recently acquired a client from Europe looking to invest from abroad. Can anyone suggest any appropriate threads that I can view to further my knowledge in that area.
