Hi my name is zack, i am new to the site and looking to network. I have been in the construction business for ten years, i do alot of work for new builders. I am a licensed roofer and fully insured general contractor. I have one crew that specializes in nothing but flooring one crew that just does remodeling work and one crew that does nothing but trim. Plus my roofing crews.  I keep my guys busy with the new construction work and remodels but I have recently been looking into flipping. With my construction background and avility to get gull remodels fone very cheap do you think i am set up for success flipping houses?
