Noob from Northern NJ

Hey all-

Right now I own a duplex in which I live in one unit. I am a newbie looking to get into Northern NJ RE multi-family properties. I’ve been searching online and speaking to brokers. For the most part- properties I’m interested in have already been sold or the agent has not gotten back to me in a timely manner.

• 1. Any recommendations for a commercial RE brokers or wholesalers?
• 2. I would like to go to a Commercial RE investors’ group meetup. When I search online for those I find tons of groups. Anyone here recommend a specific group? Looking to interact with like-minded investors.
