Hello Bigger Pockets,

My wife Anita and I are very excited about getting into real estate investing. I have attended a few seminars about it. mostly about fixing and flipping and I really want to jump in build some cash, but I've had some issues that I'm guessing just come from lack of experience. Its pretty daunting trying to start out in San Jose which for better or worse is where we have ended up in this point in our lives. We have not let that get us down but it just feels like that alone isn't enough to get started.
