Hi,

I'm brand new and Bigger Pockets has opened a whole world that I never realized existed. I have no experience in real estate other than purchasing my own home many years ago. I can't believe the amount of information and education available through BP and it's members.  I've spent every day for the last few weeks on BP reading and listening to Podcasts trying to decide where to start, as there are just so many niches.

My husband is a truck driver and we currently travel together. He drives and I handle the business end of things. We stay on the road 4-6 weeks at a time, before heading home for 3 or 4 days. We don't really want to give up this arrangement yet, but would like to begin investing in real estate so that at some point we can slow down or get out of the truck completely.  I'm wondering if there's any way to realistically get started in real estate investing when you spend 90% of your time away from home?

Any input is truly appreciated.

Thanks!
