My name is Ray. I'm new to the interest of real estate investing. I'm looking to start from the absolute ground floor. Is there anyone located in the Myrtle Beach area? I'm looking to mentee with someone willing to teach me the processes of wholesaling, rehabbing/ flipping and rentals..
