Hello! I am from Germantown Md. I have came to the biggerpockets world and my mind has said ah ha!!! I can not believe the wealth of information here. I am a newb and like thousands before me I want to get into flips, muli units, and developing properties. I am interested in Frederick, Montgomery, and souther Maryland. Any advice would be amazing and thank you for welcoming me!
