Hey Everyone! My name is Matt Twaddell. I currently work in the construction industry as a construction project manager. I am also working on finishing up my Masters Degree in Construction Management and a Real Estate Development Certificate from USC.

I am currently looking for my first property in Los Angeles or the Inland Empire. My goal is to househack a duplex or other multifamily property by the end of the year.

I'm originally from Philadelphia, but recently moved to Santa Monica a little over a year ago. If anyone knows of real estate investment groups in these areas that would be much appreciated! Looking to learn as much as possible from the pros.
