Hello Out There! My name is Luisa Paredes, and I am new to the BiggerPockets community.  Although, I have considerable experience in real estate, I am relatively new to investing.  I buy, fix, and sell single family residential properties in Houston, Texas  and its surrounding areas that are under $200,000. My goal is:  flip 2/hold 1. The BiggerPockets community offers practical information based on first hand experiences and connects me to other investors, especially in my local area, and I hope to make good use of it to learn more and to share what I can!
