My name is Vanessa, I have been a Property Manager for 10+ years and taking the steps to start my own Property Management Company in LA.  My goal is to Own & Operate my properties commercial and residential.  I am glad I found this BiggerPockets it has help me understand that I do not have to be licensed to start my company and manage my properties.  I look forward to networking with others in BP and building a successful business...
