Hello All,

I've been interested in real estate investing for quite some time and I'm looking forward to getting back into it. I was able to purchase my first investment property, a town home  by UCF (Avalon Park for those who are familiar) while I attended the school. I owned it for 3 years. Fortunately I was able to live at home with my parents while I enjoyed the passive income and equity growth. I sold it two years ago to buy my current primary residence, which is actually under a sale contract now. I'll be using the equity to buy another primary residence and hopefully use the rest for income properties. Thankfully I have a fiance who's on board and also on BP.

With that being said, i'm in need of a new primary residence and will be looking for an income property shortly after. I don't mind getting my hands dirty and if there's property that I can add value to, that would be great. If there are any agents who are also investors here on BP that would like to help me out with this, please let me know.
