Hi everyone! I can't believe I have been in the business so long and never been in a forum before. I have read thru alot of the topics here and am amazed at the wealth of information. I have been missing out!
My name is Kathy. My husband, Ben & I are long time investors living in Arizona. We have been landlords for more than 20 years. We have owned single family and small multifamily properties in Texas, Arizona and North Carolina. We are both active real estate agents for many years too. We have "fixed & flipped", fixed & held for short and long time", "not fixed & held", all kinds of stuff. Our goals are to share what we have learned and to learn what we don't know. Also hope to capitalize on some deals in our current Arizona marketplace.
