BP newbie from Jacksonville, FL

Hello BP Community! This is my first post after about a week of being a member and scouring the site and trying to take it all in. I am very new to REI but looking forward to utilizing all the knowledge and resources on the website. I am currently working full time in finance and rehabbing on the side. I am about to put my first flip/rehab on the market. I wish I had found this site a year ago when I had first started. I am excited to learn as much as I can from everyone here and hopefully soon can do some of my own contributing. Look forward to finding and attending the local REIC in my area and hopefully meeting some of you.
