Hey Everyone!
Greetings! From the cold... (hopefully we're warming up soon...)
Real estate investing has always been my dream and starting just about a couple months ago I finally had the chance/time to take a step in it. I'm learning as fast as I can about the industry and encountering BP (literally like couple days ago) was such an eye-opener! The blogs, the resources and the discussions are mind-blowing - I felt I learnt so much more in a day from reading/listening through the advices from various contributor here than anywhere else I spent for the last 2 months. And the support from the community is just simply inspiring. I'm still scared, nervous, not knowing where to start (typical newbie problem..) but now I feel very excited and inspired by the community here in BP to act on it and get to my first property! For that, I want to thank YOU for being active in BP and taking your time to contribute your thoughts and wisdom to others. I really appreciate the two-cents (It definitely created a light-bulb moment for a newbie like me!)
I'm looking forward to share this journey (the success! and the lessons learnt..) and continue to learn and grow with the community. If you have any advices, tips, secret tricks, mojo, or anything that you'd like to share, I'd appreciate it so much!
Or if you have stories to share.. I'd gladly listen to it! I love listening to people's stories and I believe there's no greater teacher than real life experiences.

Welcome to Biggerpockets. It's great to hear you found BP to be extremely useful in your REI journey.
I guess the best advice I can give you is to keep networking with people here to get mentors that will help you as you start. You can also check out Brandon's book The BiggerPockets Ultimate Beginner’s Guide to Real Estate Investing , it's a great read for starters.
