New Investor in Baltimore MD!

Hey BP Community,

Really excited to finally join BP! Cannot begin to express how much information I have learned from this community over the past few months!

I actually grew up in Northern Virginia and stayed local for college in Washington DC. After working on the Hill for 6 months, I quickly decided that was not my thing. I left and purchased my first rehab property in Falls Church, VA. Finally got the home rented out and I am now sitting on some sweat equity I'd love to invest!

My search has brought me to the Baltimore area. Love the small town feel, and I think it holds a lot of promise for new and seasoned investors! My immediate goals are to flip SFRs and rowhomes to build capital while picking up multi unit rentals with strong cap rates to leverage more purchases. Long term goal is to build a full service development company! I am definitely in it for the long haul.

Really look forward to meeting any and everyone on here in the Baltimore area!
