New Member from Chicago (land)

Hi everyone, I'm Michael Sullivan. I recently moved out of the city proper, but still am very much involved through out the greater Chicago land area. I'm currently in Wilmette, IL. 

I'm involved in a few different aspects of Real Estate. For a while now I've enjoyed listening to the BP podcasts as well as reading the site, and decided to get more involved. I'm looking forward to learning more from the community and giving back any information when I can.
