Hey everyone,

I just joined BP this week.  I am a novice Investor and looking to make contacts with anyone (especially working in the Long Island area).  I hope to here from many of you........YOU CAN NEVER LEARN LESS!!!!

@Gregory Massi I am also interested in Long Island. Currently I am looking for a house to hack!

There is an interesting house at the edge of CI. $150k with 6 bd, probably a total redo, there's alot of legal problems. I imagine that with the area is why nothing has happened with it yet
