New Oregonian Investor
Recently found BiggerPockets and love it. I'm from southern Oregon, and am interested in MFRs. That being said, there's not a lot of relevant inventory in my area, so I've been looking recently in Spokane, WA.

Thanks, all. @James Wise I have family there. Much older area which means cheaper prices can be found for older buildings. Not sure that's the best strategy but cashflow seems much more attainable on paper.
