New investor from Miami Florida

Hi,

We are Sven and Jess Suarez from Miami Florida. Jess is a licensed realtor while Sven was in retail management most of his life, but always wanted to be working in real estate and finally started taking it seriously in 2014.

 We have just sold our first flip in Lauderhill Florida and are in process of buying a second one in Dadeland. This week we also started our first direct mail campaign. We were recommended to this site by a business partner and a friend who is a member here. We read many posts and listened to some podcasts as guests but finally decided it is time to become a member! We are hoping to learn and grow as investors and will become more active in the forums.
