New member from Louisville, CO (America's best small town)

Hi, I'm a new member interested in flipping homes in Boulder County Colorado.  My investing experience involves 0 deals so far -- unless you count flipping our last house, selling it by owner, then binging on HGTV flipping shows and getting a real estate license last year.  The latter led to unforeseen consequences; I'm now an accidental buyer's agent for investor friends, but my primary real estate goal is to flip like Tarek & Christina.  (My husband's goal is that I start looking like Christina).  Anyway, nice to be here and I hope to connect with some of you in my neck of the woods soon.
