Credentialed newbie in Charlotte, NC
My name is Valeriy (not fat Tolstoy). Born in Russia, involuntarily immigrated here with family (they didn't consult with me, I was 4 at the time).
I am a licensed Realtor with a license in NC & SC. Worked in construction before that building spec homes and doing remodels/additions.
I'm looking to get plugged into the local/national community of like-minded entrepreneurial investors. Interested in obtaining deals and converting them to whatever the numbers dictate is the best option. This seems like a great place to start!
