Greetings,

I'm new to BP and to Real Estate Investing. I'm in the process of gathering information and learning through BP's resources (currently reading The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and low) Money Down).

I'm moving to Atlanta to begin a new job in a couple weeks, but would love to learn all I can.
