Hi everyone! We are Vennessa and Matt and we are fairly new to wholesaling. We are looking to connect with other wholesalers, investors and real estate agents so we can all help each other out! We are physically based in Scottsdale, AZ, but have been doing business in the Dallas, TX area. We would love some advice on how to determine ARV's, the best sites to look up comps, and determining the fees.

We love meeting people, so we can't wait to meet you!
