Newbie looking to build a RE team in Cleveland, OH
Hello to the community. My wife and I are looking to assemble a team of the following members who are in the Cleveland Ohio area:
Realtor
Real Estate Lawer
Title Company
Property (Home) Inspector
Property Management Company
Mortgage Broker
If anyone has any recommendations we would me most appreciative to get them.
We are looking for single or multifamily properties to rent out. We are willing to do some repair work if needed but not total rehabs.
