Hello Everyone,

Thus far, It has been very exciting reading the Ultimate Beginner's Guide to REI, forums, articles on how to buy rental property, and listening to a wide variety of podcasts! Alot of information available on this site, which I'm sure is a new investor's dream to have access to great info FREE of charge. Special thanks to BiggerPockets and the staff for the wealth of information, it is greatly appreciated!!!

My name is Jean Clotaire, recent college graduate originally from NJ. Currently living in Pittsburgh, I've been here for a year now and noticed some great opportunities in RE! I'm completely new to Real Estate, but I've always been interested in the industry. I joined BP to learn about investing, network and connect with like minded individuals, and of course buy my first investment property and many more after. I'm very excited about investing!! I would like to purchase my first property towards the end of the year as a buy and hold, preferably a duplex, or any multi-family.

Anyone in the Pittsburgh area willing to help a new investor on getting started!? I'm open to any tips and advice!

Thanks in advance! You guys are GREAT!
