Hi All,

My name is John Baldwin. My wife and I have recently decided to seriously focus more on REI. While in college I had the opportunity to lead an investment group and purchase a flip and have invested in REIT's for the last few years. I am very excited to have found biggerpockets. The information provided here has already been extremely valuable and I cannot wait to dig in even more and get to know the community better.
