Hi guys!

Noob on the block from Western New York!

I'm fairly new to real estate investing but I've studied a few of the vehicles.  I'm looking to cut the fat so to speak and go from information overload to forming a game plan and getting started.  

I'm happy I found this place and look forward to learning and experiencing more and hopefully working with some of you on some deals.
