I am very glad to find BP, see so many active & passionate people here. I live in Central Florida in Orlando. I am currently renting our previous house in another state, I was very anxious before renting out this house, but I could find tenants by myself which gives me a feeling that getting into REI is not am impossible task. I am looking to become more serious investor, to start with just want to look at renting out, not so confident about flipping or wholesaling. Looking forward to meeting local members and hearing their ideas.

Welcome to Bigger Pockets! I am in Central Florida as well- love it hear! It's been a great place to invest, especially as of late. Good luck and let me know if you need anything pretty familiar with the market as an agent and I also do some flipping and have a few long term rentals. There's lots of opportunity out there.
