Hello BP Community,

My name is Ron and I am new to real estate investing. I hope to connect and gain a lot of insight from successful users here. My experience is in construction, union masonry work to be exact, although I've mostly done everything from foundation to finish and I have many years of carpentry experience also. But as my industry has many ups and downs, I am looking for a more stable line of work to provide for my family. Real estate has always been an interest of mine and I've read many books on the topic but never actually jumped in. My goals for the future are to own rental properties, flip houses for resale (seeming as my experience will help with the rehab process) and to make wholesale deals. I am tired of the 9 to 5 hourly pay life and I want to start building wealth and control my own destiny. I also understand it isn't easy and not a get rich quick scheme. With that being said, any help or advice would greatly be appreciated, especially with the financial aspect of the business, as that is my weak spot. I would be happy to share my construction advice for those who are interested. Hope to hear from you guys soon!!
