Newbie Real Estate Investor- Quincy, MA

Hello BP Community,

My name is Jonathan Stickley and I currently live in Quincy, MA (about 15 mins from Boston). I am extremely new to the whole REI scene and discovered BP while looking for a good source of Real Estate Investment knowledge where I could also go to ask questions to other active investors. As far as my background with real estate; I have completed the required 40 hours of classroom training for my RE license and am currently trying to obtain this license in order to get access to the MLS website. Besides from this, I am extremely new and looking to join a REI club in my local area (anyone know of any good ones?). For now, I am just hoping to soak up as must knowledge as I can with hopes of buying my fist investment property sometime next year.
