I'm new here, but in it for the long haul

Hi network,

The gears in my mind continuously seek out good investments, real estate seems like the next logical step. I like deep value and contrarian thinking. My main business keeps me out of the country for a healthy portion of the year, it also affords me geographic flexibility to spend the other portion wherever the most compelling real estate investment is. I'm looking to build networks and become active in the greater Detroit metro, Portland, Oregon metro, and Inland Empire/San Diego/Orange County area. I have two partners- one from my other business interests and the other as a trusted confidante that has already been active in the Detroit metro area. I'm interested in putting great minds and work ethics together to find creative and value creating solutions; in order to build a portfolio of massive wealth while delivering quality, affordable housing and commercial lease options to as many people as possible. Multi-family/Commercial/Buy and Hold will be primary focuses.

I look forward to learning from bright minds and building relationships for years and deals to come. While I'm new to this arena I work hard and learn harder and have a good ability to remain in the present and make rational decisions based off of others' fear and greed.
