New Member/Investor, Rochester, NY

What a great resource! Can't remember how I landed on this site but happy that I did. Finally decided to sign up after listening to a few podcasts in the last couple days.
I am a part time buy/hold multi-family investor in Rochester, NY. Bought my first property in 2011 and since acquired a couple more. Got my now husband on board after purchasing the first, and together we renovate and manage our properties. It has been a fun ride. Don't have any specific goals besides wanting to grow the portfolio at the moment but hoping to lay them out once we figure out the direction we want to go.
Looking forward to networking and learning more about all the pieces of the real estate pie.
