Figured I'd say hi since I have been reading a lot of topics here since yesterday. I've learned a bit so far but have a lot of learning left before I buy something. My biggest hurdle is going to be financing the first deal but I hope to get some insight here. Also currently working to get my FICO up some as well, its not bad but it could be better if I work harder at reducing some of my debt.
