New to BP and jumping in head first!

I just joined BP and I'm here to learn as much as possible before diving into my first investment. I'm currently getting my Real Estate License in California to gain access to the MLS.

I know I will be seeking a lot of advice from others in the BP community so I wanted to offer to help others as well: If there are any investors in the Sacramento, San Francisco, or Los Angeles areas who don't live in those areas and want some information on them from locals, I have lived in all three cities as an adult and can answer any questions you might have about neighborhoods, good locations, etc. Feel free to ask!

Excited to be on BP and looking forward to reflecting on what a noob I used to be when I own a ton of rentals!

@Kate Fayn Welcome to BP!

Great first step going to get your RE License. My wife and I are doing the same. BP is full of amazing people that are willing to help. That being said, there is a plethora of information to be found via several different sources here on BP. The podcast are awesome and can really cut a drive or a plane ride down. Also, the two books that are currently being sold here are by far the best investments in myself thus far. I believe I spent less than 75 dollars on both with shipping. Again, welcome!
