Hello everyone i just want to say thanks to everyone for all the Valuable information that you provide!!!!! I Live in the Downtown St Petersburg region of Tampa bay and im giving wholesaling a honest shot. I have already secured a Wholesale mentor and a Real Estate Attorney (who happens to be my Godmother lol) i plan to hit the ground running in Dec to start making deals.
