Hello, my name is Chris and I am new to real estate investing and interested in rental properties and rehabbing/flipping. I was born & raised just outside of Pensacola and currently have a GC company. My wife and I have a goal to purchase, renovate and rent multiple properties around the area and flip a few on the side.
