Hi All,

I just wanted to say hello to everyone and thank Joshua for founding biggerpockets.com My only regret about the website is that I didn't discover it sooner!! I stumbled upon it the other night while doing a yahoo search on real estate business advice and I officially became a member today... :D Compared to other REI sites I've been on, this is far above the rest and to me is the best!! I look forward to making new contacts and contributing what knowlege I have along the way.
